Here in Hotel Walserberg we are particularly fond of gourmet dishes made from ingredients which have been sourced in our mountains and the immediate surroundings. Along with many other excellent herbs, mountain chives grow in the alpine meadows around Warth, and they add a taste of the Alps to the Walserberg cuisine. Our bread of the day

In Hotel Walserberg no table is complete without a basket of freshly baked bread. Each morning begins with a speciality bread of the day. In our family a passion for baking has been passed down from one generation to the next. Son Martin Walch runs the family bakery in Lech.

It is said that opposites attract one another. Our à la carte restaurant offers something for absolutely everyone, whether you fancy a hearty Austrian traditional dish, or a mouth-watering Italian speciality. Classics such as Wiener Schnitzel and the traditional Vorarlberg cheese speciality “Käsknöpfle” naturally feature in our à la carte restaurant alongside Pulled Pork Burger, home-made pasta and pizzas.
